Day 1: Arrive in Bangkok
There's plenty to see on your first afternoon in Bangkok
Welcome to Bangkok, Thailand's capital. A driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel in the heart of the city. Once you've settled in, rally the kids and go out to do some exploring. Bangkok is a tourism hub, and you'll be overwhelmed with the variety of family-friendly activities on offer. Apart from sitting down to a delicious Thai meal, a perfect outing for your first day is a visit to Sealife Bangkok Ocean World, the largest aquarium complex in Southeast Asia.

Day 2 The Grand Palace + Emerald Buddha + Wat Pho + Boat along the Canal + The Golden Mountain.
After Breakfast Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok and visit the Grand Palace, the most important place in Thailand, visit Wat Phrasrirattana Sasadaram (Wat Phra Kaew), worship the Emerald Buddha,the most precious Buddha image of Thailand as well as the grand palace of the Jakkri Dynasty. See the beautiful Thai Royal Architecture on the buildings and the rooftop of the buildings inside the Grand Palace. After that continue the trip to Wat Pho, witness the most beautiful and the biggest reclining Buddha in Thailand. Try your challenge taking photos of the whole Buddha image in your picture. Walking around and see the Chinese statues as Royal Guards of the temple in different actions. After that board on the long tail boat for the canal trip to see the local life style near by the Chao Phraya River. Lunch in the local restaurant and then continue to visit the Golden Mountain for you to see the birds’ eye’s view of Bangkok as well as the beautiful Golden pagoda on the peak of the mountain itself.

Day 3 Train Market (Rom Hoob Market) + Damnoensaduak Floating Market + 2nd World War Cemetery in Kanchanburi.
After Breakfast Check out from your hotel and continue to the small train station for the locals to hop in and shopping at the train market were located close the railroad when the train pass by. Then return back to the market and sell their product as nothing happened. After you have enjoyed taking pictures from the train market continue the road to Rachaburi where the famous Damnoensaduak Floating Market is located. Board on the long tail boat to go along the small canals which divided the area as the village. Along the way passing the houses and fruit orchards. In the market, you could find the venders and sellers sell their product in the boats which float along the canal. It is the magnificent and pleasant view to see. Lunch in the local restaurant before heading to Kanchanaburi Province for you to visit the 2nd World War Cemetery of the prisons at that time and then check in the hotel in Kanchanaburi.

Day 4 The Bridge of River Kwai + Train on the Death Railway + Krasae Cave + Erawon Waterfall.
After Breakfast Pick up from the hotel for you to catch the train go along the death railroad which was built by 61,700 prisoners during the 2nd World War to get through Myanmar and It took 1 month to finish it. However, there are many of the prisoners had died from this due to the situation at that time, the starvation as well as the cruelty from the war. Get on the train and go along the rail road which hang with the cliff to Kra Sae Cave where you could stop by and taking pictures of the cave and the Buddha Images inside and imagine who the prisoners spent their time in the cave with difficulties. After the visit of Kra Sae Cave continue by car to Erawan Waterfall for you to enjoy the clear waterfall with the nature before heading back to the hotel.

Day 5 Ayutthaya + Chai Mongkol Temple + Wat Mahathat + Phanan Choeng Temple + Boat around Ayutthaya + Phra Srisanphet temple.
After Breakfast Check out and pick up from the hotel in Kanchanaburi. Heading to Ayutthaya province. Visit Chai Mongkol Temple (The temple of victory) with the biggest chedi built by King Naresuan the great of Thailand (who set us free from the Burmese invasion in the old days). You could also climb to the top of the chedi for the nice view. Then heading to Wat Mahathat (Mahathat Temple), one of the most important temples where there’s the relics of the Lord Buddha house in the center of the old capital. You can also see parts of the ruins of the temple as well as the most famous Lord Buddha face which cover with the roots of the big Bodhi Tree that you can see in the travel magazines about Thailand and postcards. After that visit Phanan Choeng Temple, one of the most important temples in Ayutthaya, located on the east bank of Chao Phraya River. It was built in 1324. In the main building, you can see the glided 19-meter-high seated Buddha image called “Luang Por Tho " which means “The big Buddha” built in 1334 CE as the highly respect Buddha for the locals not only in Ayutthaya as well as around Thailand. Lunch in the local restaurant. After that board on the boat and getting around Ayutthaya Island for you to enjoy the lovely site and taking photos. After the trip returning back to the hotel for you to have a rest and relax. Free evening leisure.

Day6 Ayutthaya + Wat Kai Bangpahan + Hup Pa tat, the Unseen Cave + Buddha Chinnaraj Temple, Phisanuloke + Sukhothai.
After Breakfast check out then heading to Sukhothai province. On the way stop by Wat Kai Bangpahan, it’s a combination of a hell temple and a monkey temple. The ‘hell’ part is pretty gruesome and feels like you’ve landed on the set of a horror movie. You could also find some monkeys wandering around the main part of the temple, most are located across the road. Then heading to Hup Pa Tat, a large valley stretching over an area of about 48,000 square meters. Part of the lime stone mountain range surrounding the Walley is Khao Huai Suk which is connected to Khao Plara Mountain, about 1 kilometer away. The way up to the valley's Tham Huo Pa Tat cave is covered by a margosa forest. The cave entrance is dark, but after 100 meters walk, you will emerge from the darkness to see the ay down into the valley. The surrounding limestone mountain is layered with high cliffs that prevent sunlight from reaching the ground during any time other then midday. The resulting humidity has contributed to a wealth od flora, featuring gigantic shrubs of the genus Excoecaria that are similar to prehistoric trees. Lunch in the local restaurant and then visit the most beautiful Buddha image in Thailand, Phra Buddha Chinnaraj the golden sitting Buddha Image as the famous and highly respect for all the Thai people. After that heading to Sukhothai for you to have a rest and relax.

Day 7 Biking in Sukhothai Historical Park + Sri Chum Temple + Phayao Lake + White Temple + Golden Triangle.
After Breakfast Pick up and check out from the hotel for your visit to Sukhothai Historical Park, one of the World heritages by UNESCO. The Dawn of Happiness where once was the capital in 13th and 14th century. Start from King Ramkamheang Museum for you to get some information of Historical Park before taking a pleasant bike ride in the historical park area for you to stop by with the beautiful buildings in old Thai architect and many chedis which spead out in the historical park to remind us how beautiful city in the old days. See Wat Pramahathat as the biggest temple in the historical park area , Wat Pra Pai Luang was the ritual center of Sukhothai at the that time, Wat Chang lorm with 32 elephant stutues surrounded as the pogoda supporters as well as Wat Sri Chum with the talking Buddha as the highlight which challenge you if you could get him all in the picture. Lunch in the local restaurant and then heading to Chiang Rai province
Then heading to Kwan Phayao (Phayao Fresh water lake) with the temples in the lake ( This depending on how high the water in the lake,please) Then visit White temple the most beautiful in contemporary art which represent in white color to show the pure spirit by Mr.Chalermchai Kositpipat, One of the great artist of Thailand. See the hall of flam of “ Mr.Chalermchai Kositpipat” with the master piece of his art works. Then continue to the Golden Triangle, the landmark of the opium trade area in the old days then check in the hotel and free leisure in the evening.

Day 8 Golden Triangle + Boat on Mae Khong River to Laos + Doi Tung Royal Villa + Black Museum + Long Neck Hill tribes + Chiang Mai.

Here’s the opportunity to board on the boat on Mae Khong River to Laos. After the boat ride, continue to Doi Tung Royal Villa of the Princess Mother os King Rama 9th of Thailand. Day 9 Doi Suthep Temple + Chiang Mai City temples + Chiang Mai Handicraft Village.
After Breakfast Pick up from the hotel to the Doi Suthep – Pui National Park to the mountain with curvy road to see DoiSuthep Temple, the most important temple in Chiang Mai. Exercising time by walking up 306 steps to the temples or taking the funicular to the temple with the attitude at 1,100 ms above the sea level. See the Northern Thai dented corner golden pagoda which contain the relic of the Lord Buddha. Surrounding with the mural painting hall which telling about the Lord Buddha story. Here you can also get a chance to get a holy blessing and wrist tiding ceremony from the Buddhist monk. From the balcony, enjoy with the panorama view of Chiang Mai City. Birds fly up in the sky and cool breath against your face.
After the temple, continue to a small village called San Khampang where local people making many local products to support their family needs. There are many different products in this area. They are famous for Silk Weaving, Silver Making, Lacquer ware product, Wood Carving, Sa and Umbrella Making, Cotton Weaving, Jade and Jewelry products and more. See how they produce and enjoy shopping the good quality products as a souvenir home or for your special occasion before the returning back to Chiang Mai.

Day10 Doi Inthanont National Park the Highest Peak of Thailand.
After Breakfast Depart from the hotel in the morning, heading southward to Doi Inthanont National Park, the highest peak of Thailand with 2,565 meters above the sea leval. See the highest peak of Thailand with the stupa of King Inthawitchayanon, the last King of Lanna Kingdom before we became Siam and Thailand later on. At the peak, stand the stupa of the king among the cool climate in summer and cold in winter. In this place not only the beautiful forest area, you can also see some beautiful birds as well. Near by the stupa, there is a radar control station of Thai Lada Airfoce to keep control the border line between Thailand and Myanmar. After that enjoy 30 minutes’ walk in the Angka nature trail. See the lush green forest area and feel fresh with the cool breath against your face. Then continue to the Twin Pagodas for King Bhumiphol and Queen Sirikit of Thailand as the 60th years birthday anniversary which inside the pagodas, see the beautiful art which telling about the Lords Buddha.
See a nice view mountain valley which is surrounding us. Then continue to Hmong Hilltribe Market, people who immigrated from southern part of China into Thailand over 100 years ago who used to cultivate the opium until the King of Thailand spent his personal money to start the King Royal Project and change their lives to grow other winter crops and stop the cultivating of the opium. Lunch en route and continue to “ Pa ka Yor ” or “ Red Karen ” who immigrate from Myanmar. Before visiting the most beautiful waterfall Wachiratharn Waterfall and return back to Chiang Mai.

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tours via bookthaitour.com or Siam PD Tour our as they set out our respective rights and obligations. Every booking through our website means that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms unconditionally together with our policy and any other written information we brought to your attention Once we confirm your booking, a contract is made between Siam PD Tour by Siam Progress Division Co., Ltd. and you upon the terms and conditions set out below.

Prices and Payment
The parties are bound by the agreed prices, which include the respective statutory VAT, unless prices have been explicitly agreed upon without VAT.

4. We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then please let us know to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for.

If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party. you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included in that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your Tour booking, notifying us of any changes or cancellations that are required, and keeping your party informed. By booking on behalf of others You represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. 6. While booking tours on our website, we only take a deposit to keep your booking, the remaining balance is payable on the tour date. If you prefer to pay in full by card will have an extra charge fee from the bank that has to be paid by the customer. please contact directly to us directly if you prefer to pay in full ( not for every product)
Cancellation Policy
1. All tours must be canceled at least 24 hours before the tour by specifying the booking number to us, the customer will be refunded in full. Except for some tours are All sale final please check the notice on each program
2. Should the tour operator cancel the tour any time before the tour, the customer will be offered the tour on another day or offered a 100% refund of the purchase price.
3. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before departure, we reserve the right to charge you the remaining balance for the tour If you paid only a deposit to us, this is acceptable from the customer unconditionally. (no matter the reason it includes medical reasons)
4. Cancellation of unexpected sickness, injury, or medical condition but at least 18:00 one day before the departure will have to be proven, presenting a medical certificate attesting the actual conditions of the guest. Presenting a medical certificate any guest will be eligible for a 50% refund from the tour price
Change Policy
All changes to a tour (date, pick-up location, etc.) are free of charge and must be communicated latest 18.00 the day before the tour by specifying the voucher number, an updated tour voucher will be sent to the customer shortly via email
No Show
1. Should the customer not be present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the tour voucher, or not go on the tour for other reasons, no refund is applicable no matter the reason (including medical reasons) and any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer’s travel insurance company
2. Should the customer choose to provide their transportation to the tour in case your hotel is out of the rule of pick up, a map will be attached to the tour voucher and the latest arrival time will be specified. In the case of failure to arrive at the specified location at the latest arrival time and the tour cannot be provided, no refund is applicable.
3. Should the tour operator fail to pick up the customer, the customer (or the hotel reception) must call our hotline telephone number specified on the tour voucher 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time. Any other means of communication (e-mail etc.) is strictly not accepted. Should the tour operator claim that they were at the place and time specified on the tour voucher and we have not received such a telephone call from the customer no refund is applicable. To prove the case request may be made to the tour operator for a GPS tracker log, photos, etc., and to the customer for contact details of hotel staff witnesses, photos, hotel CCTV footage, etc.
Booking Voucher
1. After booking and payment for a tour, the customer will receive a voucher that is generated from our website immediately. If you do not receive an email, please check your Spam folder. Our team will be sent a confirmation for pickup time shortly
2. Customers do not need to print the voucher, just show the voucher on their phone which would be necessary
National Park Fee & Transfer fee
National parks are protected areas. National Park fees are collected by the Thai government for maintenance of the areas. everyone who visits a National Park must pay this is included in the price of the tour rate
Pregnant women, Children, and Elderly
1. Pregnant women are mostly not allowed on the tour, please check the notice on each program you prefer to book and pay for. Should the tour operator refuse access to the tour due to pregnancy, no refund is applicable.
2. Children 1-3 years old are not allowed on any speedboat tour. Should the tour operator refuse access to the tour due to the age limits, no refund is applicable.
Food & Medical Conditions
1. For Every program tour that provides meals, please note that Halal and vegetarian food is available. If you have any dietary requirements, please indicate your preferences at check out (Request on Tour)
2. You must inform us of any medical condition that requires attention or medication before your tour commences.
Insurance
1. Insurance is included in all the tours we offer covered by the Tourism Authority of Thailand., you are always insured both by us and your transporters.
2. We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are taking part in any optional activities that are outside of our all-inclusive package. We strongly recommend that you take out
comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money, and public liability before you travel. We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings at any time during the duration of your tour.
Tour agent disclaimer
1. “bookthaitour.com” uses a determined tour operator for each tour and the tour program on the website is based on the tour program for that tour operator. However, if the tour with that tour operator is fully booked, we reserve the right to book with another tour operator for which the tour program is similar but maybe slightly different.
2. “bookthaitour.com” will not offer any refund at all to anybody whom we found has been trying to get a refund fraudulently.
3. “bookthaitour.com” reserves the right to end, cancel, or terminate the contract if the client demonstrates a behavior, manner, conduct, and/or action either during or before a tour that is likely to cause offense to other clients, endanger the property, well-being or safety and/or benefits of the other clients or the client himself/herself. In such instances, the client shall be subject to the company’s cancellation policy and the company will take no further liability or association with the client. If the conduct, behavior, and/or action of the client cause any damage to the accommodation where the client is staying or causes delay or diversion to any form of transportation and/or the Tour, the client agrees to offer full indemnity to ‘bookthaitour.com against any claim. These may include legal costs made against the company by or on behalf of any third party
4. We take no responsibility for travel arrangements as a result of flight cancelation, delay, or postponement for any reason. In such an event, the company will always try to assist as much as possible.
Tour Operator’s Disclaimer
The tour program is subject to change depending on weather and sea conditions. In such a case no compensation is applicable.
Claims & Complaints
1. Any disputes, litigation, and claims regarding the services between the client and Bookthaitour.com shall be settled first and foremost by way of negotiation and through mutual understanding between the two parties. If such practices fail, any disputes, claims or litigation will be settled by local arbitration in Thailand. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days following the completion of services provided. The client accepts full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement by participating in any tour with us
2. If the client wishes to submit a complaint against “bookthaitour.com” in regards, the first step is to inform the Tour operator or supplier at the time. If the matter cannot be resolved immediately or during your trip after the Driver/ Representative’s best endeavors to do so, your complaint should be made in writing, in person at one of our offices, or by phone to bookthaitour.com as soon as is reasonably possible after the tour, the client can notify the company within 30 days upon their tours. Any complaint received after 30 days will not be dealt with
